There are four types of organization about foreign-invested enterprises

② Sino-Foreign Cooperative Joint Ventures

③ Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises

④ Foreign-Invested Stock Companies

Total amount of investment refer to the sum of basic construction found and circulation fund subscribed in accordance with the needs of production scale stated in the contract and articles of association.

Registered capital refer to the total amount of capital registered in the registration authority, which is the sum of investment the investors contributed.

Registered capital should be paid off since the business license is issued within 6 months; you may also make agreements on installment paying in accordance with our regulations.

Representative offices of a foreign enterprise refer to the working unit sent to china by a foreign enterprise or other economic organization. It can only conduct advisory and communication activities as approved, and cannot carry out profit making activities.
